We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative for Growing, Global, Fortune 500 Dental clinical products company.
ESSENTIAL REQUIRED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned.
1. Increases sales within existing clients and new clients.
2. Proactively offers products and company services to all clients and potential clients within an
assigned geographic area.
3. Educates clients and potential clients on the services and practice benefits offered by company
4. Encourages client participation in Company offered services as appropriate.
5. Proactively gains and shares knowledge and practical application of advances in dentistry, as well
as product and support services enhancements.
6. Interacts in a positive and constructive manner with Company associates to insure client
satisfaction with services provided.
7. Contacts all active clients on a bi-weekly basis or as requested by the client.
8. Contacts all potential clients in an assigned territory no less than twice annually.
9. Sets and works to meet annual sales goals.
10. Demonstrates new concepts, merchandise and/or equipment opportunities on each client visit.
11. Participates in communication and co-travel with Manufacturer Representatives and Company
Specialists as appropriate.
12. Assists Company's Service Dept. with equipment repair and/or installation as appropriate.
13. Provides technical assistance and information to clients on equipment and merchandise as
appropriate and/or requested.

ESSENTIAL REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS include the following;
1. Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4+years of Dental Sales experience.
2. Strong technical and clinical sales background.
3. Proven track record in Sales.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE (Salary + Commission) includes;
1. Base Pay : $60K-$70K
2. Commission : $25K-$30K
3. Car Allowance
Total Minimum Compensation would be around $85,000 - $90,000
